Kyle Whitesides has been perfecting the art of Texas-style barbecue since 2021, bringing authentic low-and-slow smoked meats to Southern Utah. What started as a passion project — weekends spent tending a smoker in the backyard — has grown into one of the region's most sought-after pop-up barbecue experiences.
Every cut is hand-selected, every rub is house-made, and every brisket is smoked for 14+ hours over post oak until it reaches that perfect bark and tender, juicy interior. No shortcuts, no compromises — just honest craft barbecue the way it was meant to be.
